Activate Outplacement Programmes
I’ve designed a range of holistic outplacement programmes tailored to enable you to support a group of individuals who are leaving a business at a similar time, or where you’ve chosen to support one employee with a dedicated programme. These sessions provide a blend of both practical career transitioning inputs, tools and techniques and personalised coaching to enable your employees to successfully find their next role.
Activate – a group programme; where organisations wish to support several individuals going through a transition (suitable for 4-6 participants).
Activate Well – a group programme which also incorporates wellbeing modules; providing holistic support to individuals.
Activate Inspire – a 1:1 career transition programme – providing the optimum tailored experience.
Gold option – all of the three above programmes have the option to continue beyond the modules with personalised coaching sessions. This enables individuals to put their learning into practice and focus on achieving their career goals.

Empowering Insights Career Development Coaching Programme
The Empowering Insights Programme is a dedicated programme of support and inspiration for individuals wishing to develop or experiencing a career transition. Each person’s journey is unique. The coaching sessions are tailored to help individuals increase their self-awareness, understand their strengths and realise their potential. My approach is all about taking positive action; whether this is adopting a new mindset, a change of approach or using a new tool and in doing so overcome barriers or challenges to facilitate progress.
